Do I need to register a domain to use Spinsoft Website Builder?
You do not need to register an Extra domain for the Website Builder, however you will need a domain for your website. The website builder will be installed as a subdomain for your website (cms.yourdomain.com). If you need to register a new domain, we also offer this service at very reasonable rates (cheaper than some major domain companies).
Do I need to organise Website Hosting for Spinsoft Website Builder?
No, all packages include website hosting on our quality Australian Servers.
Can I use my own hosting for Spinsoft Website Builder?
At this stage, our hosting is required to run the website builder. We may be able to accomodate special requirements, please ask us if you have them. Down the track we intend to release a version that can run on your own hosting.
What are the System Requirements for Spinsoft Website Builder?
Our software does not have any specific hardware requirements - all that is required is that you have a PC that has a recent version of Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE6). The application is designed for a resolution of 1024x768 or higher, which is very common at this time.
Can i run the website builder in other browsers such as Mozilla Firefox?
At this stage our software will only run on Internet Explorer, once we have all features installed and tested, and are happy with the performance - we will be expanding the system to work on as many browsers as possible.
Can I try the software before I buy it?

How long does it take to setup Spinsoft Website Builder so that it's ready to use?
Once payment has been made it takes roughly 24 - 48 hours (during business days) to be setup. Most cases have been around 24 hours, however it can take longer depending on how long it takes for your domain to be delegated to our servers.
Do I need to change the nameservers for my domains?
Yes, your domain will need to point to our servers. If you wan't to give us your domain access details we would be happy to do this for you, otherwise we can provide you with the nameservers that need to be used.
What size images can be uploaded to the image library?
You can upload images that are originally up to 10mb to the image library. These images will be resampled to a suitable size for the web automatically, or you can use custom settings to set the image size (in pixels) and add watermarks.
