Being a complete Website Building System, rather than just a Content Management System - Spinsoft Website Builder is jam packed with features that allow you to build a fully functional database driven website with ease.
This is our current list of features, and we have much more planned to be included in updates that will be introduced throughout the year.
The system is split up into modules, all installations have the base module, while all of the other modules (product, membership, e-commerce, newsletter) are optional.
Base Module Features
- The web based CMS fully preloads upon logging in, which can take as little as 10 seconds on broadband.
- Once loaded you can switch between different areas of the website such as Image Library, File Library, Page Design, in fact any of the areas, without reloading and it keeps whatever you were doing active.
- While the entire system is database driven, the front end website pages we create are semi-static - meaning there is less load on your database and pages load faster.
- All sections have their own 'Explorer Style' category tree's to manage your images, files, pages, products etc.

More information... - Images are resampled as you upload them, using either Automatic or Custom settings. Includes the ability to watermark your images, using other images you upload as the watermark.
- Page Design system with integrated Rich Text Editor, so you can update your content using a familiar word processing enviroment.

Product Module Features
- Product Editor with complete product options including price, product codes, summary, full rich text details and more.
- Product Attributes system built within the Product Editor allows you to add attributes to any of your products (color, size etc). This powerful system has various types of attributes which allow you to adjust the price and even SKU depending on the selected options.
- Our Product Classes system allows you to select an entire product range of any class and discount the whole lot. Great for web based sales, or even general sales.
- Automatically generate product pages by selecting categories from your product catalog. These automatic pages come in various styles including list, icons, thumbnails, medium and detailed. You can select how many products to show per page, and how they should be ordered.
Membership Module Features
- Members can register on your website and login to access their special areas
- Setup as many groups as you like for your members, with custom policies controlling how they access your site
- Control access with a full User > Group > Role > Policy System.
- Policies allow you to:
- Control which pages can be viewed by your members
- Control which files can be downloaded by your members
- Redirect the index page to any page if a user is logged in
- Redirect templates, meaning your website can look different depending who is logged in!
- Apply membership discounts to the product module.
- Setup Autoresponders which can be sent to members once a certain amount of time has elapsed since they signed up.
- A complete set of register tools for your members so they can reset their forgotten password, reactive, unsubscribe etc.
- A special login/logout panel and email subscribe only panel.
- You can use the memberlist from your current site, or any other site you have installed in the website builder - this means if you had 5 website, members would only have to register on one site and they could login to any of your sites.
