Help Cards

Spinsoft Website Builder comes with a set of Help! Cards which are a great way to find your way around our software.  These step by step pages cover individual topics and guide you through the Website Builder to help you do what you desire.

As you follow the steps in the Help! Cards, you will notice extra help tips and information directly in the interface.   This means you don't need to wade through pages of documentation to get things done because the important information is right in front of you.

Help! Cards are provided in A4 PDF format, so you can view them on your computer or even print them out for quick reference.  Each section is colour coded to suit the module.

Info Tips, Alerts and Instructions

Many areas of the Website Building software contains instructions and details right in front of you, so you don't need to spend time finding out what everything does.  In addition to that, almost anything in the Website Builder can be hovered over with your mouse to show additional information.

Alerts are shown whenever you do something, so if a problem occurred when saving you will easily be able to tell why.

All Spinsoft Website Builder licences come with a high level of support.  You can contact us via phone during normal business hours, or send us an email.

Whether you have a current Annual Licence or Buyout Licence, you receive all updates to your licensed modules free of charge.  This ensures your website supports all of the latest browsers and technology.
