Update 2.07 Released

Update 2.07 has been applied to Spinsoft CMS, this update includes:

• New sprite sheet support for templates, and the ability to override website buttons with your own images.
• Changes to facilitate better responsive design for mobile friendly websites.
• General fixes and improvements.
